According to a report by Dainik Jagran, the Gautam Gambhir and Ajit Agarkar-led management has made it clear that ODI greats Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma might not be considered for the 2027 ODI World Cup if they do not participate in the upcoming Vijay Hazare Trophy, having quit T20 and Test cricket in the past year.

Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma have both been match-winners for India in the ODI format, with over 10,000 runs each—averaging 57.86 and 48.76, respectively. The Delhi boy has scored 1,795 runs in 37 World Cup innings, while the Mumbai boy has 1,575 runs to his name. Not selecting either of them could prove to be a significant blunder for the management, given their proven performances over the years.

really ? what are you saying man ?

Can't imagine WC 2027 without Virat & Kohli. Many cricket fans might not watch ODI World Cup 2027 without these to legends.
