Spin bowling sensation Rashid Khan created history, became the first ever Afghanistan cricketer to take 200 wickets in ODIs during the first ODI against Bangladesh on 8th October at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi.
The 27 year old dismantled the lower middle order of Bangladesh, trapping in form Mehidy Hasan Miraj, Joker Aki, and Nurul Hasan in front of wickets in the three back to back overs from 35th over. He returned with an impressive bowling figure of 3/38 in 10 overs, helping Afghanistan to fold for 221 runs.
