Two time champion West Indies recorded the second highest total in the T20 World Cup history during their Super Eight game against Zimbabwe on Monday in Mumbai. They posted 254/6 in their allotted 20 overs riding on Shimron Hetmyer's quickfire 85 off 35 balls, Rovan Powell's 59 off 35 balls and Sherfane Rutherford's 31 in 13 balls. The West Indies were only six runs away from breaking Sri Lanka's record 260/6 which they made against Kenya in the 2007 T20 World Cup.
