The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced BookMyShow, India’s premier entertainment destination, as the official Ticketing Platform for the prestigious ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023. The tournament is scheduled to start on September 29th and will run until November 19th, offering fans the opportunity to witness their cricketing idols in live action from the stadium.
The World Cup will comprise a total of 58 matches, including 10 warm-up games, spread across 12 prominent venues across the country. To ensure a smooth and comprehensive ticketing experience, the ticket sales process will be divided into well-managed phases. The first phase will provide an exclusive 24-hour window for ICC’s commercial partner, Mastercard. This phased approach aims to make the ticketing process efficient and accessible for all cricket enthusiasts.
