Star opener Smriti Mandhana became the first Indian to score 4000 runs in T20 internationals during the first T20 against Sri Lanka on Sunday in Visakhapatnam with run a ball 25. She is also the second woman cricketer overall to complete the 4000 runs in T20Is after Suzie Bates.
Mandhana has now 4007 runs in 148 innings at a decent average of 29.9 and 31 fifties under her belt.
