Fielding has always been significant in cricket like batting and bowling. Because it is not assured that a bowler or batsman will take wickets or make runs in every match. But fielding is completely in each individual’s hand. So it makes a huge difference in a match. Good fielding can make or break a match. We have seen many times that some run-out miss or catch miss has cost a team very much. Like in the 2011 Cricket World Cup Pakistan missed 6 catches of Sachin Tendulkar and he departed after scoring 85 runs. As a result, Pakistan lost the semi-final and got eliminated from the World Cup. Today we are gonna discuss the players with the most run outs in IPL history. 

Ravindra Jadeja-Took Most Run Outs In IPL

Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has done the most number of run-outs (21) in the history of IPL (Indian Premier League). Jadeja currently plays for Chennai Super Kings. Previously he has represented Rajasthan Royals and Gujarat Lions. He has so far played 186 matches and scored 2185 runs along with 114 wickets. Jadeja has also grabbed 68 catches. Jadeja is the best fielder in the world lately. He has been known for doing miracles with his spectacular fielding. 

Virat Kohli

Current Indian and RCB (Royal Challengers Bangalore) captain Virat Kohli has done the 2nd most number of run-outs (19) in the IPL. Virat has been playing for RCB since 2008. In 194 matches he has amassed 5944 runs and has apprehended 77 catches. He is also one of the best fielders around the world. 

Suresh Raina 

Former Indian middle-order batsman Suresh Raina has done the 3rd most number of run-outs (16) in the Indian Premier League. Raina has been playing for CSK for 11 years now. Raina has notched up 5430 runs in 195 matches with a commendable strike rate of 0f 137.1. Raina has taken the most number of catches (102) in the category of non-wicket keepers. 

Manish Pandey

Manish Pandey has done the 4th most number of run-outs (21) in the most lucrative franchise leagues (IPL) in the world. Manish’s current IPL team is Sunrisers Hyderabad. His prior teams were Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders, Royal Challengers Bangalore. He has scored 3367 runs in 148 IPL matches and grabbed 73 catches. 

AB DE Villers

AB DE Villers has done the 5th most number of run-outs (14) in the IPL history. Villers is also one of the best fielders the world has ever watched. AB has been a part of RCB for 11 years now. He has accumulated 4898 runs in 171 matches. Villers make people awe with his extraordinary efforts in fielding.
