Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Singh Chahal has leased a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri West, agreeing to a monthly rent of ₹3 lakh for a two-year term. The rental agreement, signed on February 4, includes a security deposit of ₹10 lakh and stipulates a 5% rent escalation after the first year.

The 1,399 sq ft apartment is situated in the upscale Transcon Triumph complex and is owned by Suri Natasha, a former Miss World India, actress, and television host.

Chahal, known for his leg-spin prowess, represents Haryana in domestic cricket, Punjab Kings in the Indian Premier League (IPL), and Northamptonshire in England’s County Championship.

This property move follows recent personal developments in Chahal’s life. In March 2025, he and choreographer Dhanashree Verma finalized their divorce, having married in December 2020 after meeting during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Chahal’s rental aligns with a broader trend of Indian cricketers investing in Mumbai’s luxury real estate market. Notably, KL Rahul and actor Suniel Shetty jointly acquired a seven-acre land parcel in Thane West for ₹9.85 crore, while Suryakumar Yadav and his wife purchased two luxury apartments in Deonar for ₹21.1 crore.
